AVERAGE COST OF MATERIALS FOR A NON STRAPPED ROOF?

The average cost of purchasing materials  including all metal accessories averages around $3.75 per square foot for simple roofs and $4.25 per square foot for cut up roofs that require more perimeter flashing. 

This price is MATERIAL ONLY for a 'direct to deck' installation that does not include strapping. Strapping adds an additional $1.25 per sqaure foot plus HST

AVERAGE COST OF MATERIALS FOR A DOUBLE STRAPPED ROOF?

The average cost of purchasing materials including double strapping and all metal accessories averages around $4.75 per square foot for simple roofs and $5.50 per square foot for cut up roofs that require more perimeter flashing. 

This price is for MATERIAL ONLY for a double strapped roof installation 

HOW TO CALCULATE THE COST OF LONDON ECO PANELS

1. All our panel profiles are roll formed to the exact length required. For pricing purposes, panels are always rounded up to the next lineal foot,  and always calculated based on standard width of 4 ft.
 
Example  
 
Length 11' 6" is calculated as follows 
 
12' (length) x 4' (width) = 48 sq ft x $2.25
 
Price $108.00 plus HST
 
2. All accessories are 8 feet long and require a minimum
2-3 inch overlap which needs to be factored in to to cost of materials

3. Material is 26 Gauge Zinc Coated GS90 steel with baked Granite Matt Coating

4. Standard Panel  Profiles  Available
​ Bingo, Bravo and T-18
 
5. Order turn around 4 to 5 business days on Bingo and Bravo panels manufactured in the Vars factory, and 8-10 days on T-18 manufactured and shipped from London factory.
