Material Warranty – 20 YearsMetal Roof Ottawa Inc. warrants that the seamless aluminum eavestrough system supplied and installed at the above-referenced property is free from manufacturing defects, including cracking, peeling, chipping, blistering, and corrosion under normal weather conditions for a period of twenty (20) years from the installation date.
This material warranty is backed by the manufacturer of the aluminum coil material. Workmanship Warranty – 5 YearsMetal Roof Ottawa Inc. guarantees that all workmanship relating to the installation of the seamless aluminum eavestrough system will be free from installation-related defects, including leaks at joints, detachment from fascia, and improper sloping causing water pooling, for a period of five (5) years from the installation date. If a defect in workmanship is identified and reported in writing during the warranty period, Metal Roof Ottawa Inc. will repair the defect at no cost to the homeowner.
