    Preventing Paint Fading

How our BeckryTech coating and continuous ventilation combine to permanently stop UV and heat-induced paint fade.

The Two Enemies of Metal Roof Color

Have you ever seen an older metal roof that looks chalky, faded, or dull? That degradation is caused by a combination of two relentless natural forces: Intense Heat and Ultraviolet (UV) Radiation.

Our premium metal roofing systems are engineered to defeat both of these forces, guaranteeing your roof looks as vibrant in decade four as it did on day one.

    1. Defeating Heat Fade with ASV

When a metal roof is fastened directly to a solid deck, the panel absorbs the sun's radiant energy and bakes. This intense trapped heat chemically degrades cheaper paints over time.

Because our roofs utilize a double-strapped Above Sheathing Ventilation (ASV) system, a constant flow of ambient air moves directly beneath the metal. This allows the panels to run significantly cooler than direct-to-deck systems, completely eliminating heat-induced paint degradation.

    2. Defeating UV Radiation with Beckry®Tech

For UV protection, the quality of the resin in the paint is paramount. We exclusively use Beckry®Tech, a high-tech polymer polyester-based coating formulated specifically for the harshest architectural environments.

    • Zero Chalking: The advanced resin matrix prevents the pigment breakdown that causes cheap roofs to look "chalky" or white over time.
    • Gloss Retention: Beckry®Tech locks in the microscopic surface structure, keeping the factory-fresh semi-gloss shine intact for decades.
    • 40-Year Warranty: We back our coating with a non-prorated 40-year warranty specifically covering fade, chalk, and peel.
